Good grease for all round use, my major problem with it is that it seems to split easily in storage so you end up squeezing out a thin oil that's seperated from the mixed final product, so I wouldn't be happy packing a bottom bracket with it or something.
Opted for performance grease instead and use this for basics like pedal threads/seatpost.
