I am a 5'2" size 8 adult woman and the age 14-15 was a perfect fit for me. I went to decathlon to try on the women's equivalent of this fleece but found it was too long in the body, too fitted, had unnecessary seams down the front, and the sleeves were too long and had annoying elasticated cuffs. I tried on the men's XS size to see if that would be better but it was also too long while also too wide in the shoulder and narrow in the hips. Finally, I tried on this, which was £3 cheaper, and it is perfect. It comes down to the perfect place on my hips, is comfortably loose without being oversize, and the sleeves are the perfect length. It's also really soft and cozy and the navy/pink is a nice colour combo. just what I wanted for an everyday fleece :)
