We had a go of these in the store and were astounded with how easy they are to erect and strike. They have been used all winter and never had a spot of bother. We went to Wintercamp at Hawkhirst in Kielder and we had to camp the the forest. They were very robust and despite lots of branches and twigs getting in the way, they went up perfectly. The Young People love them as they are pitch black inside. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. They take moments to put up and are extremely strong. We will be buying more when funds allow.
Many thanks to all of the staff in the Gateshead branch for all of their help and service. A credit to the brand.
I purchased this last year due to the fact it looked easy to put up and down....it's great !! I'm a single mum and it was a doddle!! However, the week we chose in Wales decided to have gale force winds and rain lol.... It withstood it all... I am really impressed ....I expected to wake up in Oz!! My son slept through the whole thing.. I couldn't recommend it more and I have...the only thing I would say it's only really for 2 people for comfort.
After reviewing alit of tents online for price and size and weight this came out tops.. and the quality looks brilliant. After having two other queacha tents.. I've found them to be great quality and priced very well.. This tent is a doddle to put up on my own.. front area is big.. just a shame the bedroom height was not a little higher..
First experience of camping and we were very impressed with this tent. Easy to put up, good solid tent, even when pitched right next to the sea on the Wild Atlantic Way in Ireland. The blackout was very useful when we needed a lie in when attending an 80s festival near Dublin! Tent is a good comfortable space for 2 - I can't imagine it being for 4 though unless it is for 2 small children. The only negative I have noticed is the gap between the ground sheet and the tent walls to the front is quite big and we woke one morning to find a cat rummaging through our stuff!
This was our first family tent and it far surpassed my expectations. We camped through a met office yellow warning of wind and rain and the tent never budged. We were one of few still standing in the morning. Our 1 year old slept through it all!
Very quick and easy to put up. Blackout room is great with plenty vents. I found the porch area to be far to drafty and will buy strong velcro to attach the sides of the outside to the flaps on the porch. The top vents let in rain when windy.
Fantastic quality tent , put it up by myself in the rain in ten minutes. Rained all night and stayed perfectly dry on first night. Bought for a forthcoming trip to Croatia , so will be interested to see if it is noticeably cooler.
Used this tents predecessor just once in clear weather. Found that there was a hole in the fabric, when taken back to store they said their is multiple holes so they can't repair nor exchange as the tent is discontinued. I wonder how many others are poor quality that they are so quick to replace and this is the one they replace with.
ma tylko jedną wadę, że wzorem konkurencji nie ma stałej podłogi na całości tylko dopinaną w przedsionku...podwiewa i robactwo włazi reszta ok
